Pre-orders
- Items marked as PRE-ORDER item next to their size OR in the product title/description means the item is currently NOT in stock
- Items marked as pre-order will have their anticipated restock dates next to the size of the product or in the product description.
- For example: Size 10 - Pre-order (Currently out of stock. Anticipated restock date January 2021).
- We endeavour to adhere to these dates to the best of our ability however the dates are subject to change if unexpected lead times should occur.
- If you are placing a single order that includes items both on pre-order and in stock items, all items will be sent together when the pre-ordered items are ready to ship.
- Please allow time for your order to be despatched and delivered
- By placing a pre-order, you understand that the estimated date of delivery cannot be guaranteed
- We cannot cancel your pre-order once it has been placed, you must await the delivery
- Please note, for pre-orders the chosen shipping timelines will apply from the anticipated restock date and not from the date the order was placed.
How long until my order is shipped?
After placing your order, it will be dispatched within 3-5 working days in most cases. Please refer to the banner at the top of the website for up to date processing times as they may vary. If you are located in Australia and selected standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 working days of dispatch. If you have chosen express shipping, you should expect it to arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch. Express and standard shipping refers to the shipping method only, it does not speed up processing times. If you need a rush order, please contact us first. Rush order fees may apply. Please note that international delivery time will differ.

Monogramming - Heat Transfer
Our sleepwear pieces are personalised using a heat transfer method. I ensure that they are all completed to the highest standard and quality control check each piece.
