Personalised Items

I quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in the quality of our products before I send your parcel out to you. I

If you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution in accordance with consumer law. We do not provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on products that have been personalised. 

Non-Personalised Items

If you have purchased an without any personalisation I am happy to provide you with an refund or exchange on the item once returned. The item must have a proof of purchase and be in the same condition as when it was sent to you. Please contact info@thepommiepress.com and return the item within 10 business days of the delivery date. 

Conditions For Refunds and Exchanges 

  1. Items must be returned with 10 days of receiving your order
  2. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition
  3. Item(s) must be in a saleable condition and unpersonalised
  4. Item(s) was a full price purchase

Please note: postage for change of mind returns are at the customers expense.

Where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect or abnormal use a refund or exchange will not be offered. 

Sale Items 

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at info@thepommiepress.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. The Pommie Press reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

Faulty or Missing Items 

Faulty items will be assessed and either repaired, replaced, or refunded on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to repair over replacement if possible.

If by rare chance your order is missing items, we must be notified within 3 days of your order being delivered, and we will replace these missing items.

The Pommie Press reserves the right to inspect returned items and reject returned goods if we do not see them to be faulty or damaged.

Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, or items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect washing are not eligible for return, repair or exchange. 

(Satin Pjs) Pilling is a normal occurrence of our fabric and is not a sign of poor quality or a faulty product. It is caused by every day wear and tear, and does not affect the durability or functionality of the fabric.

(Satin Pjs) Excess threads around seams are common on satin material, due to the extra thread needed for such a delicate material. Excess threads are not loose due to poor stitching, and are not a sign of poor quality or a faulty product. It does not affect the durability or functionality of the item, and will not be considered faulty. These threads can be snipped off with no issue to the product.

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Please get in touch via info@thepommiepress.com with your full name and order number.
