SENDING THROUGH YOUR IMAGE

Please ensure your photo is taken face on and close up.

- Email your photo to sales@thepommiepress.com along with your order number. Please include any extra information such as whether you want your pets name underneath and the font.

- If you require an embroidery with more than one animal, if possible try to have them in the same photo

- I will send a proof of the drawing to your email for approval, before digitising and embroidering it. 

- Please include the font style and thread colour you require in the email if having a name underneath.

 Alternatively, leave any extra info in the notes box at the checkout!

- Embroidery will be around 7-9cm wide on the jumper, if having more than one pet,I will adjust accordingly

SHIPPING

Australia:
- Shipping for this item is always tracked and capped at $8.95, free if spending over $150. If you wish to have express shipping you can upgrade in the checkout section.

Rest of the world:
- For international items, delivery is not tracked. Refunds/replacements won't be given on untracked items in the instance of not arriving/lost mail.
- If you require tracking, please message me prior to ordering for a quote.
