SENDING THROUGH YOUR IMAGE

Please ensure your photo is clear.

- Upload via the button or email your photo to sales@thepommiepress.com along with your order number. Please include any extra information such as whether you want a quote/names/wording underneath or any special requests.

- Please include the font style and thread colour you require in the email if having wording underneath.

- Embroidery will be around 10-15cm wide on the centre front jumper for landscape images and 10-15cm tall for portrait images. If you wish your embroidery to be somewhere other than the centre front of the jumper, please include this information.

- Alternatively, leave all the information required in the notes box at checkout. 

SHIPPING

Australia:
- Shipping for this item is always tracked and capped at $8.95, free if spending over $150. If you wish to have express shipping you can upgrade in the checkout section.

Rest of the world:
- For international items, delivery is not tracked. Refunds/replacements won't be given on untracked items in the instance of not arriving/lost mail.
- If you require tracking, please message me prior to ordering for a quote.
